Shipping:
1. All screen prints are sent on a guaranteed priority service. Books are sent by 1st class post unless otherwise specified.
2. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.

Returns:
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.
2. All damages must be reported by email or telephone within 24 hours of the goods being received. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be applicable where POW is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of POW. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Picturesonwalls reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
